Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a plant of the nightshade family native to India. The root is used.

Rhodiola rosea

Rhodiola rosea, also known as golden root, grows in cold mountain and coastal regions of Europe and Asia. The root is used.

Saffron and maritime pine

Saffron is obtained from the stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower. Maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) grows along Mediterranean coasts; the bark is used.

Phosphatidylserine and L-theanine

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid and a natural component of cell membranes. L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves.

Long pepper

Long pepper (Piper longum) is a relative of black pepper. The fruit extract is rich in piperine.

Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6

Three micronutrients complete the formula. Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.¹
