What are essential amino acids?

They are amino acids the body cannot produce on its own. That's why they have to be obtained from food.

What are BCAAs?

Leucine, isoleucine and valine form the group of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Amino 11 Direct contains all three.

Why liquid?

The liquid form is easy to dose with the dropper and to take without swallowing capsules – neat or in water.
