Directions for use

Take 2 capsules a day with sufficient liquid – not on an empty stomach.

How do I take Thermo Max Forte?
Take 2 capsules a day with sufficient liquid, never on an empty stomach. Then keep a gap of at least 30 minutes before coffee, tea, milk, alcohol and medication.
How much caffeine does it contain?
The daily dose of 2 capsules contains 31 mg caffeine from guarana. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
What should I know about the green tea extract?
The daily dose contains 90 mg EGCG. Do not take on an empty stomach or on the same day as other green tea products. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18.
Is Thermo Max Forte vegan?
Yes, Thermo Max Forte is 100 % vegan. The capsule shell is also plant-based (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
